1. 什么时候可以申请入学？
我校一年有春季和秋季两次入学申请，申请时间如下：
(1)秋季入学（每年八月或九月开学）
申请时间：每年3月至5月――具体时间以网上通知为准。
(2)春季入学（次年二月开学）
申请时间：每年10月至12月――主要针对非学历生，具体时间以网上通知为准。

The admission application opens twice per year, in spring and autumn. Time is as follows:
1) Autumn (semester begins in August or September)

A: Chinese Government Scholarship-Non Chinese University Program in CSC website
Who can apply? Applicants for undergraduate, postgraduate and scholar programs
Where to apply?
Dispatching authorities in your home country, for example:
1. Chinese embassies and consulates abroad, educational institutions
2. UNESCO
3. Mission of the Peoples Republic of China to the European Union
4.ASEAN university organization Secretariat and other relevant agencies

Tips:
The Bilateral Program is free for application;
Do not send any application to ZUEL or China Scholarship Council;
ZUEL would like to provide pre-admission letter if necessary. And if you need pre-admission notice, please apply online at ZUEL website: http://iesmis.zuel.edu.cn/member/login.do.The award letter or sponsorship statement/application is strongly suggested to be attached.
B: Chinese Government Scholarship-Chinese University Program (CUP)

Who can apply? Applicants for postgraduate programs ONLY
When to apply? It is usually from March to April, the web announcement is prevailing.
How to apply? (Program Category: Type B)
（1）Applicants shall make online application at http://laihua.csc.edu.cn (Agency No.: 10520) and download and print the Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship and then sign the form.
（2）Submission of application documents: Send by post or directly come to IES Admissions Office by the indicated deadline the two forms and other required application documents in duplicate.

6. What is the Agency Number?
The Agency Number of ZUEL is 10520 for Chinese University Program (CUP). Applicants for Bilateral Program (BP) should consult the dispatching authority in the home country for the designated Agency Number.

因申请人数特别多，招生办公室不提供查询个人申请状态或进程的回复，请给予理解和配合。请确保在CSC官网成功提交申请，如申请者递达的材料有任何问题，我们将邮件通知。您的良好准备和耐心将得到赞赏。
7. Have you received my application documents?
Please do understand that the Admission Office would not be able to reply every single mail concerning the application status or admission progress. We will inform you by email if any questions in your application materials and online application in CSC is the necessary step. Your good preparation and nice patience will be appreciated.
8. 我能申请贵校的预录取通知书来帮助我申请奖学金项目吗？
只有申请中国政府奖学金非高校自主招生的申请者需要或可以申请预录取通知书。
注：中国政府奖学金-中国高校自主招生项目的申请者不能申请预录取通知书，如申请将被默认为申请中国政府奖学金非自主招生项目。
8. Can I apply for the Pre-admission Letter of ZUEL in order to apply for scholarship?
O, nly those applicants for Chinese Government Scholarship - Bilateral Program (BP) will need and be issued this Letter from ZUEL.
Note: Applicants for Chinese University Program (CUP) should NOT apply for this Letter, or the application would be regarded as for Bilateral Program.
