关于开展2024年中南财经政法大学奖学金生年度评审的通知
各位中南财经政法大学奖学金生：
根据学校有关要求，学校将开展中南财经政法大学奖学金生年度评审工作。按时参加并通过年度评审的学生才能继续获得下一年度的奖学金。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、评审对象
按计划2024年9月之后继续享受中南财经政法大学奖学金的学生。具体参评学生请查看《2024年中南财经政法大学奖学金生年度评审参评学生名单》（附件1）。
三、评审内容
1.考评总分为100分，由道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现四个部分组成，学校将根据学生在上一年度的综合表现对每名学生进行定量打分和定性评价；
2.评审意见分为“优秀”“良好”“合格”或者“不合格”。总分为60分及以上者视为合格。评审意见为“合格”以上的校级奖学金生，学校将给出继续享受奖学金资格的建议。评审意见为“不合格”的校级奖学金生，学校将给出中止其享受奖学金资格一年的建议。

三、评审流程
1．学生自评。2024年5月17日17：00（北京时间）之前,参评学生下载《奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表》（附件3），填写个人基本信息和自我评价内容，并插入电子签名。填写完成后，将《奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表》、个人成绩单、荣誉证书等材料打包发送至ajmalzeeshan10@gmail.com，邮件命名格式为：奖学金年度评审+学院+护照姓名。
注：学生自评表填写要求请查看《奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表填写说明》（附件4）。
2.专业学院及国际教育学院评审。2024年5月24日17：00（北京时间）之前，国际教育学院会同专业学院，结合学生自评情况共同对学生进行综合评审，提出“优秀”“良好”“合格”或者“不合格”的评审意见，以及是否继续提供或者中止奖学金的建议。
3.评审结果公示。
四、其他
1.未在规定时间内参加年度评审或评审不合格的国际学生，奖学金资格将被中止。请各位奖学金生务必高度重视，认真完成年度评审工作。
2.参评的国际学生须保证所提交评审材料的真实性，弄虚作假者，将被中止奖学金资格。

Notice on the Annual Review of Scholarship Students of
Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2024
International students applying for "Studying-at-ZUEL" scholarship：
According to the relevant requirements of the university, the academic year 2023/2024"Studying-at-ZUEL" scholarship students’ annual review is about to start，and only those who participate in and pass the annual review within the specified time will have the qualification to enjoy the scholarships in the next academic year. Related items are as follows:
I.Review Object
International students who will continue to enjoy the scholarship of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law after September 2024. Please see the list in Annex 1 for the specific list of participants.
II. Review Content
1.This annual review work will be conducted based on the Ideological Moral Behaviour, Academic Record and Learning/Scientific Research Attitude and Activity Performance, with the total points of 100.The university will evaluate each student quantitatively and qualitatively according to their overall performance in the previous year.
2.The evaluation opinions are divided into four types:“excellent” “good” “qualified” or“unqualified”. Those with a total score of 60 or above will be regarded as qualified.
If the assessment opinion is “qualified” or above, the university will give a recommendation to continue to enjoy the scholarship qualification. For those students with a “unqualified” rating, the university will recommend suspending their scholarship eligibility for one year.
Note: Please refer to Attachment 2 for specific scoring standards and rules.
III.Review Process
1.Students' self-Review.Before 17:00 May 17, 2024 (Beijing time), students should download the “ZUEL Form for Annual Review of Scholarship Status” (Annex 3) ,fill in the basic personal information and self-evaluation content, and insert the electronic signature. After completion, please send the “ZUEL Form for Annual Review of Scholarship Status”, personal transcripts (necessary) and honor certificates (if available) to ajmalzeeshan10@gmail.com in packet with the email naming format of Annual Review of Scholarship + Major School +Passport Name.
Note: Please refer to Attachment 4 for Directions of Form for Annual Review of Scholarship Status (Student Self-Assessment)" .
2.Review by major schools and International Education School. Before 17:00, May 24, 2024 (Beijing time), the International Education School and the major school will conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the students combined with the students' self-evaluation, and make a recommendation of “excellent” “good” “qualified” or“unqualified” and whether to continue or suspend the scholarship.
3. Announcement of the evaluation results.
IV. Others
1. International students who fail to participate in the annual review within the specified time or fail the review will be disqualified from the scholarships. Please attach great importance to the annual review.
2. International students must guarantee the authenticity of the materials submitted. Those who provide fictitious materials will be disqualified from the scholarship.
