三、安全提示
Ⅲ. Reminder for Safety
1、需严格遵守中国法律法规和学校校纪校规。
1. All international students must abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as the university rules and regulations.
2、宿舍安全。严格遵守学生宿舍管理规定，外出锁好门窗，严禁夜不归宿，严禁留宿外人。不得在公寓内从事影响他人学习和休息的活动，如跳舞、大声喧哗、高声放音乐等。注意用电安全，离开及时断电，不在宿舍乱拉乱接电线，不使用大功率电器、劣质插座和劣质充电器，以及使用明火，存储易燃、易爆物品，严防居家火灾。
2. Dormitory safety. Consciously abide by the management regulations of students' dormitory, lock the doors and windows when going out, and forbid staying at night or staying with outsiders. Do not engage in such activities as dancing, shouting loudly, and playing music which affect others’ study and rest. Pay attention to the safety of electricity use, cut off the power in time when you leave. Do not connect wires in dormitory, do not use high-power electrical appliances, inferior sockets and chargers. And do not use open fire or store inflammable and explosive materials, so as to strictly prevent home fire.
3、财产安全。离开房间时，要关好门窗、锁好抽屉及房门，以防失窃。外出过程中要保管好个人财物和贵重物品，手机、护照、手提电脑等应随身携带或托人保管，避免随身携带大量现金，谨防扒窃。
3. Property safety. When leaving the room, close the doors and windows, lock the drawers and doors to prevent theft. Take good care of personal belongings and valuables in the process of going out, mobile phones, passports, laptops should be carried or entrusted to take care of. Avoid carrying a large amount of cash, beware of pickpocketing.
4、食品安全。不到无证经营的摊点、餐馆就餐。
4. Food safety. Do not eat in unlicensed stalls or restaurants.
5、交通和出行安全。五一期间，避免去人多拥挤或治安较差的地区。自觉遵守交通法规，不乘坐无营运证或超载的交通工具，武汉市禁止骑行摩托车，无牌照或超标电动车禁止上路。电瓶车行驶不超速、不超载、骑自行车不逆行行驶、不闯红灯。骑车时须佩戴安全帽。
5. Traffic and travel safety. Keep away from crowded or dangerous areas. Consciously abide by traffic laws and regulations. Do not take vehicles without operating permits or overloaded. It is forbidden to ride motor-cycle in Wuhan, and riding motorcycles with no license or over standard are not permitted. When riding battery-operated vehicles, do not over-speed or overload. If riding a bicycle, do not go against traffic or run red lights. Students should always remember to wear safety helmet.
6、防盗防骗安全。谨防电信诈骗，不要轻易相信陌生人和未经核实的信息。如遭遇诈骗以及人身安全问题，尽快拨打110或者到最近的公安机关报案。不要随身携带大量现金，严守个人信息。一定保管好个人的有效证件，不要将个人证件借给他人使用。提高防骗意识，不要轻信网上中奖、淘宝刷单等诈骗信息。
6. Security against theft and fraud. Safeguard your finances and beware of telecom fraud. Do not believe in strangers or unverified information easily. If you encounter some issues related to fraud and personal safety, call 110 as soon as possible or report to the nearest public security bureau. Do not carry a lot of cash when going out. Please protect your personal information and take care of your personal documents, also do not let others use them on your behalf. Improve the awareness of fraud prevention. Do not believe online lottery, Taobao swipe and other fraud information.
7、注意关注天气变化，预防季节性流感。
