Training Objectives

1、对中国的认识和理解Knowledge and understanding of China

国际学生应当熟悉中国历史、地理、社会、经济等中国国情和文化基本知识,了解中国政治制度和外交政策,理解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念,形成良好的法治观念和道德意识。

International students should be familiar   with the basic knowledge of China's national conditions and culture such as   Chinese history, geography, society, and economy, understand China's   political system and foreign policy, understand the mainstream values of   Chinese society and public morality, and form a good concept of the rule of   law and moral awareness.

 

2、跨文化和全球胜任力Cross-cultural and global competencies

国际学生应当具备包容、认知和适应文化多样性的意识、知识、态度和技能,能够在不同民族、社会和国家之间的相互尊重、理解和团结中发挥作用。

International students should have the   awareness, knowledge, attitudes and skills to embrace, recognize and adapt to   cultural diversity, and be able to function in mutual respect, understanding   and solidarity among different peoples, societies and nations.

国际学生应当在本学科领域中具有宽阔的国际视野,能够在世界范围内创新运用和发展本学科的理论、技能和方法,在国际事务中具有竞争优势。

International students should have a broad   international perspective, be able to innovatively apply and develop the   theories, skills and methods of this discipline around the world, and have a   competitive advantage in international affairs.

 

3、汉语水平(Chinese language proficiency

应当能够顺利使用英语完成本学科、专业的学习和研究任务,并具备使用英语从事本专业相关工作的能力;毕业时中文能力应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》三级水平。

International students should be able to   successfully use English to complete the study and research tasks of the   discipline and major, and have the ability to use English to engage in the   relevant work of the major; their Chinese proficiency should at least reach   Level 3 of HSK when they graduate.

 

4、掌握世界经济学坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专门知识,了解本学科发展现状和研究动向,具有独立从事科学研究的能力,做出创造性的成果;

To grasp the solid and broad basic theory   and systematic and in-depth expertise of world economics, to understand the   current situation and research trends of this discipline, and to have the   ability to independently engage in scientific research and to make creative   achievements;

Requirements of Scientific Research   Ability and Innovation Training

博士研究生的培养实行导师负责制,并遵循以下原则:

1.导师负责制与导师组集体培养相结合的方式进行培养;

2.理论与实践相结合、系统学习与专门研究相结合的方法;

3.以自学为主,注意采取启发式、研发式教学;

4.因材施教,充分发挥研究生的个人特长,注重对研究生创新能力的培养

The cultivation of doctoral students is   based on the tutorial responsibility system and follows the following   principles:

1. Teacher responsibility system combined   with collective training of tutor group.

2. Combining theory with practice,   systematic learning with specialized research;

3. Give priority to self-study and pay   attention to heuristic and research-and-development teaching.

4. Teach students in accordance with   their aptitude, give full play to their personal strengths, and pay attention   to the cultivation of their innovative ability.

培养方式

Training Methods

本专业博士研究生的培养实行导师组领导下的导师负责制,指导教师对博士研究生的培养负有全面责任。导师组人数3人以上,由具有教授职称的教师组成。

1.导师组统一管理。以导师组统一规划管理、指导教师个别指导、博士研究生自学研究相结合,系统、前沿理论学习与科学研究相结合的方式进行培养。

2.导师应加强政治思想工作,关心博士生的政治思想和道德品质的修养,促进其德、智、体全面发展;因材施教,充分发挥博士研究生的个人才能和特长,突出博士生的创新能力和综合素质的培养。

3.本专业的博士生必须在认真完成导师组布置的学习计划。各课程主要以教师讲授、学生自学和课堂讨论相结合的方式进行;博士生应在导师指导下拟订学习计划,认真阅读相关文献,并做好读书笔记;同时,在导师指导下参加一定的学术会议、学术报告、社会实践活动。

4.提倡根据导师的研究方向和研究课题,采取师生合作的形式进行研究。

The tutor responsibility system under the   leadership of the tutor group is applied to the cultivation of doctoral   students in this specialty. The tutor has full responsibility for the   cultivation of doctoral students. The tutorial group consists of more than   three teachers with professional titles.

1. Unified management of the tutorial   group. We should combine the unified planning and management of the tutorial   group, the individual guidance of the tutor, the self-study of doctoral   students, and the systematic, frontier theoretical study with scientific   research.

2. Teachers should strengthen political   and ideological work, care about the cultivation of doctoral students' political   thoughts and moral qualities, promote their all-round development of   morality, intelligence and physique, teach students in accordance with their   aptitude, give full play to their individual talents and specialties, and   highlight the cultivation of doctoral students' innovative ability and   comprehensive quality.

3. Doctoral students in this major must   conscientiously complete the study plan arranged by the tutor group. Each   course is mainly conducted by the combination of teacher's lecture, student's   self-study and classroom discussion. Doctoral students should draw up   learning plans under the guidance of their tutors, read relevant documents   carefully, and take good reading notes. At the same time, they should   participate in certain academic conferences, academic reports and social   practice activities under the guidance of their tutors.

4. It is advocated to adopt the form of   cooperation between teachers and students according to the research direction   and subject of the tutor.

This major is one of the second-level   disciplines of theoretical economics. It takes the global economy as the   research object, explores the laws and trends of the world economy, analyses   the laws of international flow of commodities, currencies and factors of   production, and explores the experiences of economic development in various   countries in the world, thus providing theoretical support for the   government's foreign economic policies and the internationalization of   enterprises.

中期考核

Mid-term Examination

学生必须通过基础专业课和专业课的考试。考试方法由教师决定,及格分数60分以上。

Students must pass the examinations in   basic specialized courses and specialized courses. The examination methods   are determined by the teachers, The pass mark is 60 points or more.

 

 

文献综述与开题报告

Literature Review and Opening Report

英语专业学生在第三学期第五周至第四学期第十周内提交论文开题报告;汉语专业学生在第四学期末提交论文开题报告。

Student taught in English should present   dissertation thesis report between 5th week of the third semester and 10th   week of the fourth semester; Student taught in Chinese should present   dissertation thesis report at the end of fourth semester.

根据教育部《来华留学生高等教育质量规范(试行)》(教外(201850号文),以英文为授课语言的专业,毕业时中文能力应当达到《国际汉语能力标准》三级水平。

According to the   ministry of education's Quality Standards of higher education for   foreign students in China (trial) (no. 50 (2018)),  Ph D students who   are taught in English shall graduate with Chinese language proficiency up to   HSK level 3.

未通过汉语水平考试HSK三级者不能通过毕业资格审核。

Those who have not   passed HSK level 3 cannot pass the graduation qualification examination.

学位论文

Dissertation

 

论文应该表明,作者确实掌握了坚实的理论基础和系统专门知识。论文应系统、完整地呈现和总结科学研究。论文超过两万字。

学位论文题目及摘要翻译成中文,论文主体采用中文或英文撰写。

论文口试委员会由该校专家组成。

1. Dissertation should show that author   has indeed mastered the discipline of a solid foundation for the theory and   systematic expertise. Dissertation should be systematic and complete   presentation and summary of scientific research. Dissertation is over 20,000   words.

2. Dissertation title and abstract need to   be translated into Chinese; the body of dissertation   is written by Chinese or English, the writer of a dissertation in English   must also submit dissertation in Chinese.

3. The Dissertation Oral Examination   Committee is from the university’s experts.
