培养目标/ Training Objectives | 1、对中国的认识和理解（Knowledge and understanding of China） 国际学生应当熟悉中国历史、地理、社会、经济等中国国情和文化基本知识，了解中国政治制度和外交政策，理解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念，形成良好的法治观念和道德意识。 International students should be familiar with the basic knowledge of China's national conditions and culture such as Chinese history, geography, society, and economy, understand China's political system and foreign policy, understand the mainstream values of Chinese society and public morality, and form a good concept of the rule of law and moral awareness.
2、跨文化和全球胜任力（Cross-cultural and global competencies） 国际学生应当具备包容、认知和适应文化多样性的意识、知识、态度和技能，能够在不同民族、社会和国家之间的相互尊重、理解和团结中发挥作用。 International students should have the awareness, knowledge, attitudes and skills to embrace, recognize and adapt to cultural diversity, and be able to function in mutual respect, understanding and solidarity among different peoples, societies and nations. 国际学生应当在本学科领域中具有宽阔的国际视野，能够在世界范围内创新运用和发展本学科的理论、技能和方法，在国际事务中具有竞争优势。 International students should have a broad international perspective, be able to innovatively apply and develop the theories, skills and methods of this discipline around the world, and have a competitive advantage in international affairs.
3、汉语水平（Chinese language proficienc） 应当能够顺利使用英语完成本学科、专业的学习和研究任务，并具备使用英语从事本专业相关工作的能力；毕业时中文能力应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》三级水平。 International students should be able to successfully use English to complete the study and research tasks of the discipline and major, and have the ability to use English to engage in the relevant work of the major; their Chinese proficiency should at least reach Level 3 of HSK when they graduate.
4.在具有社会责任和具有广博知识的基础上，掌握国际贸易学科坚实宽厚的基础理论、系统精深的专门知识；通过将国际优质教育资源有效融合到教学科研全过程，以及高水平人才联合培养等方式，提升学生的国际化能力；支持学生开展跨学科研究并将所学知识用于解决实际问题，为社区和各级政府部门提供相关咨询，建言献策；毕业后可承担高等院校本学科的教学、科研工作和高层次对外贸易与跨国经营管理工作。 Based on their social responsibility and extensive knowledge, they will master the solid and broad basic theories and systematic and profound expertise in international trade disciplines; through the effective integration of international high-quality educational resources into the whole process of teaching and research, as well as the joint training of high-level talents, etc., they will enhance the internationalization ability of students; they will support students to carry out interdisciplinary research and use their knowledge to solve practical problems, and provide relevant consultation and advice to the community and government departments at all levels; after graduation, they can undertake teaching and research work in this discipline in higher education institutions, as well as high-level foreign trade and multinational business management. | |||||||||||||||
科研能力及创新培养等要求/ Requirements for Scientific Research Ability and Innovation Training | 1.博士研究生在校期间，需结合导师的课题参加创新课题研究，参加与本学科有关的学术会议等各种形式的学术交流活动，通过参与各级研究生创新计划项目等不同渠道和方式积极开展科研创新活动，从事具有前沿性和开拓性的研究工作，发表高水平的学术论文、学术著作或撰写社会调查报告，取得具有创新性的科研成果。 2.在国际学生博士候选人提交论文之前，他们必须在中国或国际公认的学术期刊上发表至少一篇研究论文，并至少完成两篇研究论文或会议论文。中南财经政法大学必须是作者的第一署名单位。 1. During the period of study, doctoral students should participate in innovative research projects in conjunction with the topics of their supervisors, participate in various forms of academic exchange activities such as academic conferences related to this discipline, actively carry out scientific research and innovation activities through different channels and ways such as participating in postgraduate innovation projects at all levels, engage in cutting-edge and pioneering research work, publish high-level academic papers, academic works or write social investigation reports and achieve innovative scientific research results. 2. Before PhD candidates submit their dissertations, they must have published at least one research paper in Chinese or internationally recognized academic journals and completed at least two research papers or conference papers. Zhongnan University of Economics and Law must be the first attribution of the author. | |||||||||||||||
培养方式/ Training Methods | 导师对其博士生全面负责，并在项目中遵循以下原则： 1.虽然导师对博士生负有全面责任，但项目导师组也应提供充分的指导和监督。 2.在项目中，理论研究和实践研究都同样受到重视。除了每个方向设定的课程要求外，所有博士生，无论其学习方向如何，都必须对国际贸易和经济学研究的基础学科有充分的理解。 3.虽然学生的个人学习活动在学习过程中起着重要作用，但鼓励学徒制。 4.尊重个体差异，鼓励学生在项目中发挥他们的特长。创新被认为是学术研究训练的重中之重。 The supervisors have the overall responsibility for their PhD students, and the following principles are to be followed in the program: 1. While the supervisors have the overall responsibility for their PhD students, the program supervisors’ group should also provide adequate guidance and supervision. 2. Theory study and practice study are both valued in the program. In addition to the course requirements set by each of the fields, all PhD students, regardless of their fields of study, are required to demonstrate a solid understanding of the basic disciplines that underlie the study of International Trade and Economics. 3. While students’ individual study activity plays a major role in the study process, research apprenticeship is encouraged. 4. Individual differences are respected, and students are encouraged to take advantage of their specialties in the program. | 根据教育部《来华留学生高等教育质量规范（试行）》（教外（2018）50号文），以英文为授课语言的专业，毕业时中文能力应当达到《国际汉语能力标准》三级水平。 According to the ministry of education's 《Quality Standards of higher education for foreign students in China (trial)》 (no. 50 (2018)), Ph D students who are taught in English shall graduate with Chinese language proficiency up to HSK level 3. 未通过汉语水平考试HSK三级者不能通过毕业资格审核。 Those who have not passed HSK level 3 cannot pass the graduation qualification examination. | |||||||||||||||
学位论文Dissertation | 1.国际学生博士候选人应在第三学期的第五周和第四学期的第十周之间提交博士毕业论文开题报告。每位候选人必须通过他/她的博士毕业论文开题答辩，该答辩安排在候选人成功完成所有课程并通过综合考试后。经工商管理学院批准，候选人可以获得额外的一年进行开题答辩。此类申请和批准应提交给中南财经政法大学研究生院。 2.在提交博士毕业论文开题报告前，应述评不少于60篇与学生所选领域和论文相关的中外文献。博士毕业论文开题报告应涵盖研究背景、论文结构、主要论点、创新、文献综述和研究中的预期问题。 3.博士毕业论文应具备扎实的学科基础和深厚的实地研究能力。它总结了候选人在学术领域的系统和完整的学术贡献。博士毕业论文正文不少于8万字。 4.博士毕业论文摘要必需有中文版本和英文版本，但博士毕业论文的正文可以用中文或英文完成。博士毕业论文以英文完成后，还应提交中文译本。 5.博士学位毕业论文答辩委员会由5-7名教授组成，其中包括至少2名非中南财经政法大学的教授。委员会将通过匿名投票决定最终结果。 6.学位论文题目及摘要翻译成中文。 1. International PhD candidates should submit their dissertation proposal between the fifth week of the third semester and the tenth week of the forth semester. Each candidate must pass his/her dissertation proposal defense. The defense is scheduled after the candidate successfully completes all the coursework and pass the comprehensive examination. Candidates may be granted up to an additional year to take the defense upon the approval of the School of Business Administration. Such application and approval should be filed with Graduate School at ZUEL. 2. No less than 60 pieces of Chinese and international literatures related to the student’s chosen field and dissertation should be reviewed before submitting dissertation proposal. A dissertation proposal should cover background of the research, structure of the dissertation, main argumentations, innovations, literature review, and expected problems in the research. 3. The dissertation shall demonstrate solid discipline base and profound field research ability. It summarizes the candidate’s systematic and complete academic contribution in a scholarly field. The body of the dissertation is no less than 80 000 words. 4. Both Chinese and English versions of dissertation abstract are required, but the body of the dissertation can be finished in either Chinese or English. When the dissertation is finished in English, a copy of Chinese translation should be submitted as well. 5. The Ph.D. dissertation defense committee consists of 5-7 professors including at least 2 non-ZUEL professors. The committee will decide the final result by anonymous votes. 6.Dissertation title and abstract need to be translated into Chinese. | |||||||||||||||
