培养目标Educational objectives | （1）对中国的认识和理解：国际学生应当熟悉中国历史、地理、社会、经济等中国国情和文化基本知识，了解中国政治制度和外交政策，理解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念，形成良好的法治观念和道德意识。 (1) Knowledge and understanding of China: International students should be familiar with basic knowledge of China's history, geography, society, economy and other Chinese national conditions and culture, understand China's political system and foreign policy, understand the mainstream values and public morality of Chinese society, and develop a good sense of the rule of law and morality. （2）跨文化和全球胜任力：国际学生应当具备包容、认知和适应文化多样性的意识、知识、态度和技能，能够在不同民族、社会和国家之间的相互尊重、理解和团结中发挥作用。硕士层次：国际学生应当在本学科领域中具有较好的国际视野，能够在多个国家的实际环境中运用和发展本学科的知识、技能和方法，并具备参与国际事务和国际竞争的能力。 （2）Intercultural and Global Competence: International students should have the awareness, knowledge, attitudes and skills to embrace, recognize and adapt to cultural diversity and be able to play a role in mutual respect, understanding and solidarity between different peoples, societies and nations. Master's level: International students should have a good international perspective in their subject area, be able to apply and develop the knowledge, skills and methods of their discipline in practical contexts in multiple countries, and have the ability to participate in international affairs and international competition. （3）汉语水平：以英语为专业教学语言的专业中，国际学生应当能够顺利使用英语完成本学科、专业的学习和研究任务，并具备使用英语从事本专业相关工作的能力；毕业时中文能力应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》三级水平。 (3) Chinese language proficiency: International students should be able to successfully use English to complete their studies and research tasks in their discipline and specialism, and have the ability to use English to engage in work related to their specialism; their Chinese language ability should be at least at Level 3 of the International Chinese Language Proficiency Standard by the time of graduation. （4）熟悉知识产权法理论、制度规范和司法实务，具备处理涉及知识产权法事务的能力。 (4) Be familiar with Intellectual Property legal theory, institutions and practices and be capable of handling affairs involving Intellectual property law. | |||||||||||||||

知识产权法学（0301Z1） Intellectual Property Law （0301Z1） | 中南财经政法大学知识产权研究中心是国内最早从事知识产权教学与研究的机构之一。知识产权法学专业目前主要包括著作权法学、专利法学和商标法学等方向。我校知识产权法学紧扣国家经济和社会发展的需要，并且具有国际视野。在加强基础理论问题研究的同时，重视理论与实践相结合的综合研究。知识产权法学专业师资队伍实力强大，教学、科研居于国内领先地位，目前有教授12人，副教授4人，绝大多数教师都具有博士学位和海外研修经历。 The Center for Studies of Intellectual Property Rights of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law is one of the earliest institutes engaging in Intellectual property education and research in China. Intellectual Property Course covers Copyright Law field, Patent Law field and Trademark Law field. The research of intellectual property of our school, which has an international perspective, links closely to the needs of national economic and social development. At the same time, the research team pays great attention to the combination of theory and practice. Intellectual property law teachers play a leading role in teaching and research.
