培养目标Educational objectives | （1）对中国的认识和理解：国际学生应当熟悉中国历史、地理、社会、经济等中国国情和文化基本知识，了解中国政治制度和外交政策，理解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念，形成良好的法治观念和道德意识。 (1) Knowledge and understanding of China: International students should be familiar with basic knowledge of China's history, geography, society, economy and other Chinese national conditions and culture, understand China's political system and foreign policy, understand the mainstream values and public morality of Chinese society, and develop a good sense of the rule of law and morality. （2）跨文化和全球胜任力：国际学生应当具备包容、认知和适应文化多样性的意识、知识、态度和技能，能够在不同民族、社会和国家之间的相互尊重、理解和团结中发挥作用。硕士层次：国际学生应当在本学科领域中具有较好的国际视野，能够在多个国家的实际环境中运用和发展本学科的知识、技能和方法，并具备参与国际事务和国际竞争的能力。 （2）Intercultural and Global Competence: International students should have the awareness, knowledge, attitudes and skills to embrace, recognize and adapt to cultural diversity and be able to play a role in mutual respect, understanding and solidarity between different peoples, societies and nations. Master's level: International students should have a good international perspective in their subject area, be able to apply and develop the knowledge, skills and methods of their discipline in practical contexts in multiple countries, and have the ability to participate in international affairs and international competition. （3）汉语水平：以英语为专业教学语言的专业中，国际学生应当能够顺利使用英语完成本学科、专业的学习和研究任务，并具备使用英语从事本专业相关工作的能力；毕业时中文能力应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》三级水平。 (3) Chinese language proficiency: International students should be able to successfully use English to complete their studies and research tasks in their discipline and specialism, and have the ability to use English to engage in work related to their specialism; their Chinese language ability should be at least at Level 3 of the International Chinese Language Proficiency Standard by the time of graduation. （4）基本学术能力：国际学生应当能够具备运用多种科研工具获取知识的能力，熟练掌握法学研究的基本方法；具有国际视野，能运用国际法基本原理分析国际法律现象；具备从事科学研究、教育教学或其他专业技术和社会服务的素质和潜力；具有较强的学术交流能力，能熟练运用法律专业术语进行学术交流。 (4)Basic Academic Ability:International students should be able to use a variety of scientific research tools to acquire knowledge, proficient in the basic methods of legal research; have an international perspective and be able to apply the basic principles of international law to analyze international legal phenomena; have the quality and potential to engage in scientific research, education and teaching or other professional and technical and social services; have strong academic communication skills and be able to use legal terminology proficiently in academic communication. | |||||||||||||||
科研能力及创新培养等要求 Requirements of Scientific Research Ability and Innovation Training | 国际法硕士研究生应具有国际视野，能运用国际法基本原理分析国际法律现象，并提出相应对策；具备自主地查阅、搜集、处理、归纳学术资料和信息的能力，能追踪国际法知识前沿，具有较强的科研创新能力，具备撰写学术论文的能力；具备初步发现和辨别学术问题的能力，以及一定的分析问题、解决问题的能力。 International Law postgraduate students should have an international perspective, be able to apply the basic principles of international law to analyze international legal phenomena and propose corresponding countermeasures; have the ability to independently consult, collect, process and summarize academic materials and information, be able to track the frontier of international law knowledge, have a strong ability to innovate in scientific research, and have the ability to write academic papers; have the ability to initially discover and identify academic problems, as well as a certain ability to analyze and solve problems. | |||||||||||||||

学位论文 Dissertation | 参照中南财经政法大学硕士研究生学位论文相关要求执行。学位论文选题应联系中国法律实务的应用性问题，论文成果形式不限于学术论文，鼓励撰写案例分析、研究报告、专项调查等。写作应规范，字数不少于2 万字，用英文撰写，学位论文题目及摘要翻译成中文。 The master degree thesis should meet the relevant requirements of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. The selection of topic should be related to the Chinese legal practice. The form of thesis is not limited to academic paper and students are encouraged to write case studies, research reports, special investigations and so on. Students should follow the writing rules. Degree thesis should be written in English and the body should be no less than 20,000 words. The topic and the abstract of thesis should be translated into Chinese. | |||||||||||||||
