培养目标 Educational objectives | （1）对中国的认识和理解：国际学生应当熟悉中国历史、地理、社会、经济等中国国情和文化基本知识，了解中国政治制度和外交政策，理解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念，形成良好的法治观念和道德意识。 (1) Knowledge and understanding of China: International students should be familiar with basic knowledge of China's history, geography, society, economy and other Chinese national conditions and culture, understand China's political system and foreign policy, understand the mainstream values and public morality of Chinese society, and develop a good sense of the rule of law and morality. （2）跨文化和全球胜任力：国际学生应当具备包容、认知和适应文化多样性的意识、知识、态度和技能，能够在不同民族、社会和国家之间的相互尊重、理解和团结中发挥作用。博士层次：国际学生应当在本学科领域中具有宽阔的国际视野，能够在世界范围内创新运用和发展本学科的理论、技能和方法，在国际事务中具有竞争优势。 （2）Intercultural and Global Competence: International students should have the awareness, knowledge, attitudes and skills to embrace, recognize and adapt to cultural diversity and be able to play a role in mutual respect, understanding and solidarity between different peoples, societies and nations. PhD’s level: International students should have a broadened international perspective in their subject area, be able to innovatively apply and develop the knowledge, skills and methods worldwide , and have an advantage to participate in international affairs and international competition. （3）汉语水平：以英语为专业教学语言的专业中，国际学生应当能够顺利使用英语完成本学科、专业的学习和研究任务，并具备使用英语从事本专业相关工作的能力；毕业时中文能力应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》三级水平。 (3) Chinese language proficiency: International students should be able to successfully use English to complete their studies and research tasks in their discipline and specialism, and have the ability to use English to engage in work related to their specialism; their Chinese language ability should be at least at Level 3 of the International Chinese Language Proficiency Standard by the time of graduation. | |||||||||||||||

专业名称（国际法）： Major(International Law): | 我校是我国高校中较早开展国际法学教学和研究的大学之一，于2005年获得博士学位授予权。国际法学专业目前主要包括国际公法学、国际私法学和国际经济法学（含海商法学）三个方向。于2009年开始培养国际法英文国际学生博士生。我校国际法学紧扣国家经济和社会发展的需要，并且具有国际视野。在加强基础理论问题研究的同时，重视理论与实践相结合的综合研究。国际法学专业师资队伍实力强大，教学、科研居于国内领先地位，目前有教授十余人，副教授十余人，全部具有博士学位。 Our university is one of the earliest universities in China to carry out international law teaching and research. It was granted the right to award doctoral degree in 2005. The major of international law includes Public international law, Private international law and international economic law (including maritime law). In 2009, we began to train doctoral students of international law in English. Our international law major is closely related to the needs of national economic and social development, and has an international perspective. While strengthening the research of basic theoretical issues, we pay much attention to the comprehensive study of combining theory with practice. The Faculty of international law have well strength, our teaching and scientific research are in the leading position in China.
