根据国家留学基金委和学校有关要求，国际教育学院将开展政府奖学金生年度评审工作，现将本年度政府奖学金年度评审工作有关事项通知如下：
According to the relevant requirements of the China Scholarship Council and the university, International Education School will carry out the annual Review of government scholarship students, and now we would like to inform the following matters about the annual review of this year.
评审要求
Review Requirements
1.年度评审是指通过对享受来华学习的外国留学生（含本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生等，以下简称奖学金生）每年进行一次综合评价，进而决定其是否具有继续享受奖学金或者恢复享受奖学金的资格。请各位奖学金生务必高度重视，认真完成年度评审工作。
1. The Annual Review refers to the comprehensive review of international students (including undergraduates, master students and doctoral students, etc., hereinafter referred to as scholarship students) who are eligible to study in China once a year, and then decide whether they are eligible to continue or resume the scholarship. All scholarship students should pay great attention to the Annual Review and complete it carefully.
2.根据《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》的有关要求，遵循“公开、公平、公正”的评审原则，结合《中南财经政法大学国际学生奖学金年度评审办法》（附件1）的具体评分标准和评分细则，对奖学金生进行评审。
2. According to the requirements of the Annual Review Measures of Chinese Government Scholarship, the scholarship students will be evaluated according to the principle of “openness, fairness and impartiality” and the specific review criteria and rules of Measures for Annual Evaluation of Scholarship for International Students of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (Annex 1).
二、评审对象
The Review Objects
2022年9月之后继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生，包括无法按原计划于2022年7月毕业拟申请延期的博士生，以及2021年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格拟申请恢复奖学金的学生，均须参评。具体参评名单请查收邮件附件2。
Students who will continue to receive Chinese government scholarships after September 2022, including PhD students who will not be able to graduate in July 2022 as scheduled and who will apply for extension, as well as students who failed the scholarship Review in 2021 and were suspended from the scholarship but want to apply for reinstatement, are required to participate in the Review. Please check the email Annex 2 for the detailed list of applicants.
三、评审内容和评审意见
The Review Content and Review Comments
1．根据学生在2021/2022学年的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现四方面情况，对每名学生进行定量打分和定性评价；
1. Quantitative scoring and qualitative review of each student based on four aspects: moral conduct, academic performance, attitude towards study/research, and activity performance in the academic year 2021/2022.
2.评审意见分为合格和不合格。总分为60分及以上者视为合格。对于不合格的学生，学校将根据实际表现提出“中止奖学金”或“取消奖学金”的处理意见。
2. The review opinion is divided into qualified and unqualified. Those with a total score of 60 or above are considered qualified. For students who are not qualified, the school will propose “suspension of scholarship” or “cancellation of scholarship” according to the actual performance.
四、评审流程
Review Process
1．学生自评。参评学生请根据《中南财经政法大学国际学生奖学金年度评审办法》，参照操作指南的具体步骤（详见附件3），进入中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（链接：https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/?9FyBl6JDFLTe=1649809886884#/login），根据要求填写相关内容，并在系统上传成绩单（必须提供）、荣誉证书（如有，可提供）等证明材料，完成奖学金年度自评。学生自评须于5月5日17：00之前完成。
1. Students' self-Review. Participating students should enter the Management Information System of Chinese Government Scholarship for Studying in China (link:https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/?9FyBl6JDFLTe=1649809886884#/login) according to Measures for Annual Evaluation of Scholarship for International Students of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and refer to the specific steps of the operation guide (see Annex 3), fill in the relevant contents according to the requirements, and upload the supporting documents such as transcripts (necessary) and honor certificates (if available) in the system to complete the annual self-review of the scholarship. Student self-review must be completed before May 5, 17:00.
2.专业学院及国际教育学院评审。学生完成自评后，系统将会自动给学生导师（硕博）/辅导员（本科）发送邮件，告知导师/辅导员在系统内对学生进行考评。国际教育学院将结合学生自评情况，与专业学院及导师一同进行综合评审，提出“合格/不合格”的评审意见，并给出“继续/中止/取消奖学金”的处理意见。
请参评学生完成自评后，及时联系其导师/辅导员密切关注邮箱信息，并提醒导师/辅导员在5月12日17：00之前完成评审。
2. Review by major schools and International Education School. After the student completes the self-review, the system will automatically send an email to the student's supervisor (master & PhD degree) / counselor (undergraduate degree), informing the supervisor / counselor to evaluate the student in the system. International Education School will evaluate the student's self-review and make a comprehensive review together with the major schools and the supervisor, and give the review opinion of "qualified/not qualified" and the processing opinion of “continue/suspension/cancel the scholarship”.
Students should contact their supervisors/counselors to keep an eye on their emails after completing their self-review, and kindly remind them to complete their review before May 12, 17:00.
3. 评审结果公示。评审结果在校内公示，公示期为3个工作日。
3. Announcement of the evaluation results. The evaluation results will be announced on the campus of ZUEL and the announcement period is three working days.
