International students:
This confirmation is for who will graduate successfully in JULY, 2020 (refer to the name list on attachment 1) to confirm your information on certificates. Please examine your personal information carefully and feedback before MAY 22th. Those who applied or will apply for extension don’t need to confirm this time.
1.If you confirm everything is right, please pay close attention on further notice on submitting material soon.
2.If you find any information different from your passport, please email to leilan@zuel.edu.cn alongside with picture of your passport as a proof to correct.
3.If no problem with the information but you would like to change the order of your surname and name shown on your certificates , please fill in the application form (see attachment 2), sign on it with your handwritten signature and send the PDF version(name the document with your name) to leilan@zuel.edu.cn.
4.Students who already confirmed your information last year do not need to do this again.
5.The name list comprises of postgraduate students who applied for degree and all undergraduates. It’s only for reference and can’t promise anything. We are still waiting for the final result from Graduate School.
6.The Deadline of Confirmation is MAY 22th . Please note once you confirm your information or give no feedback at all until deadline, it’s unable for anyone for any reason to change the information on your certificates.
