New Notice about Prevention of the Recent New Pneumonia Epidemic
全体国际学生：
Dear all international students,
根据国家卫生健康委员会等有关部门报道，新冠肺炎疫情已在多地发生。
According to reports from Chinese National Health Commission and other relevant departments, the new pneumonia epidemic has occurred in many places in China.
国际教育学院为留学生准备了200个口罩，有需要的同学可前往公寓管理员处领取。
IES provided 200 face masks to international students and those masks were distributed to students today. Students who do not have taken can go to the dorm reception and get one.
国际教育学院在此呼吁全体国际学生，请同学们在寒假期间注意安全健康，提高传染病预防意识，并提出以下建议：
IES calls on all international students to take good care of your personal health and safety and to have a strong awareness of infection prevention. Some advices from IES are as follows:
1. 建议同学们勤洗手并正确洗手；
Students are advised to wash hands frequently and properly;
2. 建议同学们注意保持室内空气流通；
Students are advised to keep a good air flow in your room and other shared spaces;
3. 建议同学们尽量不去人员密集的地方（如医院、火车站、机场等），特别是不要旅游访友；
Students are advised not to go to areas which are crowded (such as hospitals, train stations and airports), especially not to visit friends who are in areas with severe epidemics.
4. 建议同学们出门须做好自我保护措施，一定要佩戴医用口罩或N95型口罩。
Students are advised to take some measures of self-protection. It is a must to wear surgical masks or N95 respirator masks when going out. Please remember: Mask is a Must!
5. 非必须，不外出。非必要，不离汉。
Don't go outside or leave Wuhan if not necessary.

It is expected that students can protect your personal health and the sanitary safety well during the winter vacation. IES will pay close attention to the latest updates about the new pneumonia epidemic and provide necessary help to all international students at any time.
