各位同学：
根据中南财经政法大学《优秀外国留学生汉语奖学金制度》的规定，现将2019-2020学年第一学期优秀外国留学生汉语奖学金的评选事项通知如下：
一、申请人资格
本学期在中南财经政法大学学习的学生。学习成绩优良，学习态度认真，勤奋努力，按时上课，出勤率高，遵守中国法律和学校校纪校规，尊敬师长、团结同学，积极参加学校组织的各项活动。
二、奖学金等级
本次评选共设一、二、三等奖三个等级，每个级别若干人。
三、申报时间
请符合条件的同学于12月9日—12月13日到国际教育学院官网上下载汉语奖学金申请表（申请表就在网站通知下面），按要求填写，并于12月13日下午5点以前交给国际教育学院204办公室老师或者汉语老师。

Notice about Chinese language scholarship for foreign students in the first semester of the 2019 to 2020 academic year
All international students:
The IES will select and decide the students who will get the Chinese language scholarships in the near future. The details are as follows:
1.Eligibility
(1)Students who study in ZUEL for a semester or above.
(2)Students who receive distinguished grades;
(3)Students who study with curiosity, studiousness, and full attendance.
(4)Students who abide by the Chinese laws and school disciplines, respect faculty members and enhance solidarity among classmates, and participate actively in all kinds of activities organized by the university.
(5) Students who have recommendation of teachers.
Students who meet all the requirements mentioned above are eligible to apply for Chinese Language Scholarship. Those who have won Chinese language competition at any level will be given priority.
2.Rank of Scholarship
The scholarship has three ranks: first prize, second prize and third prize.
3.Application Procedure
You can download the application form from the website of IES（Below the notification on the website）. You must fill in the application forms and submit them during December 9th to December 13th.You can submit the application form to teachers in office204 or the Chinese teacher before 5 p.m. on December 13th.
