Notice on Strengthening the Management of Electric bicycles
全体国际学生：
接武汉市公安局等有关部门通知，学校将于近期对全校非机动车驾驶情况进行全面检查。重点对以下几个方面的违规行为进行检查：
1、国际学生驾驶摩托车。
2、国际学生驾驶无牌照电动车。
3、国际学生驾驶电动车超速。
根据武汉市关于驾驶非机动车的相关管理规定、中南财经政法大学校内道路管理规定及国际教育学院的相关管理规定，国际学生禁止驾驶摩托车，电动车必须办理牌照后才能上路行驶，校内行驶车速不得超过15公里/小时。以上行为一经查获，学校保卫部将进行扣车处理，请全体国际学生遵守规定，按章驾驶，确保自己及他人行车安全。
International students:
Following the notification of Wuhan Public Security Bureau and other relevant departments, the school will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the motorcycle and electric bicycle driving situation in the near future. Focus on the following aspects of violations of the inspection:
1. International students drive motorcycles.
2. International students drive unlicensed electric bicycles.
3. International students drive electric bicycles over the speed limit.
According to Wuhan's relevant regulations on driving motorcycles and electric bicycles, the regulations on road management of ZUEL and the relevant regulations of IES, international students are prohibited from driving motorcycles inside the campus. Electric bicycles must be licensed before driving. The speed of driving inside the campus must not exceed 15 km/h. Once the above actions are detected, your motorcycle or electric bicycle will be detained. All international students are requested to comply with the regulations and drive according to the regulations to ensure your own and other people's driving safety.
