中南财经政法大学关于申请2018年中国政府奖学金“高校研究生奖学金项目”的通知

一、申请资格

1. 申请人须为外国籍公民，身体健康。

2. 申请人须为非在华学习的学生（留华毕业生毕业年限须超过一学年）。

3. 申请人的年龄要求：攻读硕士学位者年龄不超过35周岁；攻读博士学位者年龄不超过40周岁。

4. 未同时获得其他各类中国政府奖学金。

二、奖学金内容和标准

1. 免学费

2. 生活费（硕士研究生3000元/月，博士研究生3500元/月）

3. 免校内住宿费

4. 免综合医疗保险费

三、申请流程

1. 申请人登录中国留学基金委来华留学网站,完成网上申请，并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。网站地址：

2. 申请人于2018年6月11日前将纸质申请材料寄达或直接递交申请材料至中南财经政法大学国际教育学院，逾期不再接受申请。

四、纸质申请材料

1. 《中国政府奖学金申请表》（请打印两份）

请登录中国留学基金委来华留学网站（http://www.csc.edu.cn/Laihua/或者http://www.campuschina.org）填写表格，打印申请表，粘贴照片并签名。（中南财经政法大学的机构代码为10520）

2. 奖学金个人陈述

内容应包括奖学金申请的原因，家庭经济情况，个人学习和工作表现，个人所获奖励和个人特长等。字数不少于1500字，用中文或者英文撰写。

3. 经公证的最高级教育的学历证明、毕业证书或学位证书的复印件和英文翻译件。

4. 护照的个人信息页复印件（至2018年9月30日仍有效）。

★ 无论申请成功与否，以上材料一律不予退还。

五、录取结果

6月底将在国际教育学院网站上公布。

六、其他

1. 奖学金获得者须按照学校规定的时间办理报到、注册手续。未经批准而逾期不报到者，按自动放弃学籍处理，所获得的奖学金资格亦自动取消。保留入学资格者，不保留所获得的奖学金资格。

2. 奖学金获得者须按规定参加奖学金年度评审。不参加评审或者评审不合格者，将被中止或者取消其享受奖学金的资格。

3. 奖学金获得者原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限。

2018 Chinese Government Scholarship- Chinese University Program

Chinese University Program is a full scholarship for designated Chinese universities to recruit outstanding international students for graduate studies in China. It only supports graduate students.

Eligibility

1. Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens of good health.

2. Applicants must not be a student of Chinese university at the time of application (except for those who graduated from Chinese university for one year or longer.)

3. Applicants for master’s studies should have obtained a bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35; applicants for doctorate studies should have obtained a master’s degree and be under the age of 40.

4. Applicants should not be holding any other scholarship provided by Chinese government.

Award details

1. Exempt from tuition fee

2. Living Allowance: Master student 3000RMB/month, Doctorate student 3500RMB/month

3. Free On-campus accommodation

4. Foreign Students Comprehensive Medical Insurance for Chinese Government Scholarship

1. Log in the CSC website to complete the application online and print the form.

2. Applicants must send the hardcopy documents to Zhongnan University of Economics and Law by post or in person before June 11, 2018, otherwise, it will be considered as a waiver of applicant.

Application documents requirement（hardcopy）

1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship.(Print two copies). Applicants should log in the following website to complete the application online, print and sign it with photo in duplicate. (Agency No.10520):

2. Personal Statement. The content should include application reasons, family financial condition, education and work experience and personal award and strong points etc. At least 1500 words in Chinese (Chinese-taught program) or English (English-taught program);

3. Notarized photocopies of highest diploma and graduate certificate attached with English translations.

4. A photocopy of personal information page of the passport, and it should be valid until Sep. 30. 2018

★ Please note that whether or not the application is successful, the application documents will not be returned.

Result release time

The application results will be posted on the International Education School website at the end of June 2018.

Others

1. Scholarship students should go to Zhongnan University of Economics and Law to register on the date stipulated by the university. Students who have not received permission and arrive late for this process will have their Scholarship status automatically cancelled. Students who have kept the admission and will not register in the fall semester 2018 will have their scholarship status cancelled.

2. Scholarship students MUST participate in annual scholarship evaluation. Scholarship holders who fail to meet the requirements will have their scholarship cancelled.

3. Scholarship students could not change their major or study period in principle.
