Note to International Students expected to graduate in June 2025 (Bachelors, Masters and PhD students),
1、纸质版：请于2025年5月20日前上交2寸蓝底纸质版登记照4张到文澴楼东六楼国际教育学院614办公室。
Hard-copy Submission: Please submit four 2-inch blue background physical registration photos to the International Education School (Office 614, East 6th Floor, Wenhuan Building) before May 20, 2025.
2、电子版：请于2025年5月20日前将蓝底电子登记照片以附件形式发邮件，以“学号+姓名+照片”命名，发送至educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn邮箱。
Digital Submission: Email the blue background digital registration photo as an attachment to educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn before May 20, 2025.
File Naming Format: "Student ID + Full Name + Photo" (e.g., "202512341234_ZhangSan_Photo").
注意：请务必在规定时间内提交，以免延误毕业证领取。
Attention: Please ensure timely submission to avoid delays in receiving your graduation certificates.
