Notice on Self-funded Extension of the Year 2024-2025-1
本学期无法顺利毕业的国际学生，请于2024年12月31日之前遵照以下流程办理自费延期申请：Note to internationalstudents who cannot graduate on time this semester, if you need to apply for self-funded extension, please applyas followsbefore December 31, 2024.
1、下载并填写①中南财经政法大学国际学生自费学习延期申请表、②中南财经政法大学国际学生自费延期告知书。（见附件）Download two forms attached and fill inthemcarefully:①The Application Form for Self-funded Extension;②Notice from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law on the Extension of International Students' Self-fund.
*自费延期申请表需要通过导师和所在专业学院审批并填写意见。The application needs to be approvedby the supervisor and major school. The applicants need to asksupervisors to write opinionson the forms. The forms need to bestampedbythemajor school.
*自费延期告知书需自行填写预计总费用并签名。The applicantsneedto fill in theform ofEstimated Expense bythemselves and sign their names on the form.
2、申请截止日期：2024年12月31日。如果申请人未按时提交申请或提交的申请材料不符合要求，则该申请视为无效，且任何后果由申请人承担。Deadline for application: December 31,2024.If theapplication formscannotbesubmitted before the deadlineor do not meet the requirements, the application will be deemed to be invalidand anyconsequences shall be borne by the applicants.
请将申请材料交到国际教育学院614办公室。Please submit the application forms to IES Office 614.
请密切关注后续结果通知。Please pay close attention to the notice on the result of application.
