关于2021年进专业的研究生学历、学位电子相片采集的通知 PICTURES-TAKING NOTICE FOR POSTGRADUATES of 2021

Postgraduates (masters, doctors) who Started major in 2021:

According to the arrangement of Graduate School, graduate students who started major in 2021 please take your pictures according to instructions below. This photo will be shown on your certificates and help Graduate School to register your degree information online when you graduate. Matters relating to this collection exercise are hereby notified as follows.

1. Time：17^th -18^th November, 2022. Specific schedule of each school is provided in  Annex 1.

2. Place: 1^st floor, Wentian Building

3. Fee: For free

4. Dress Code: Formal dress, no blue shirt (with blue background), no glasses, no makeup, no hat and no bandana.

5. Other materials: Please take your passport and student ID card.

ATTENTION:

1.This is NOT for undergraduates\new students\non-degree students and those who have already taken photos at Wentian building before.

2.Students who started their major before 2021 and missed the photo shoot last year are also invited.

3.If you are not currently in China, please submit your blue background e-ID photo with your student ID and full name in the attachment and send it to educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn

关于2021年进专业的研究生学历、学位电子相片采集的通知

2021年进专业的国际学生研究生（硕、博）：

为完成毕业证及学位证照片及学位信息注册，请2021年进专业的在校研究生务必参加新华社学历、学位电子相片采集。具体信息如下：

1. 时间：2022年11月17日至11月18日，各培养单位具体时间安排见附件1。

2. 地点： 南湖校区文添楼一楼大厅。

3. 费用：免费。

4. 着装要求：学生拍摄时应正规着装，不穿蓝色系上衣(照相背景为蓝色)，不戴眼镜，不化妆，不戴帽子或头巾。

5. 出示护照和学生证。

注意：

1. 本科生、新生或者已经照过相的国际学生此次不参加照相。

2. 此次相片采集仅包括2021年开始专业学习的研究生及以前未进行电子相片采集的在校博士、硕士研究生。

3. 境外学生请将蓝底电子登记照以“学号+姓名”命名，并发送至educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn
