根据学校有关要求，国际教育学院将开展奖学金生年度评审工作，现将本年度奖学金年度评审工作有关事项通知如下：
According to the relevant requirements of the university, International Education School will carry out the annual review of scholarship students, and now we will inform the following matters about the annual assessment of this year's scholarship.
评审要求
Review Requirements
1.年度评审是指通过对享受来华学习的外国留学生（含本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生等，以下简称奖学金生）每年进行一次综合评价，进而决定其是否具有继续享受奖学金或者恢复享受奖学金的资格。请各位奖学金生务必高度重视，认真完成年度评审工作。
1. The Annual Review refers to the comprehensive assessment of international students (including undergraduates, master students and doctoral students, etc., hereinafter referred to as scholarship students) who are eligible to study in China once a year, and then decide whether they are eligible to continue or resume the scholarship. All scholarship students should pay great attention to the Annual Review and complete it carefully.
2.参照《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》的有关要求，遵循“公开、公平、公正”的评审原则，按照《中南财经政法大学国际学生奖学金年度评审办法》（附件1）的具体评分标准和评分细则，对奖学金生进行评审。
2. Referring to the requirements of the Annual Assessment Measures of Chinese Government Scholarship, the scholarship students will be evaluated according to the specific assessment criteria and rules of Measures for Annual Evaluation of Scholarship for International Students of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (Annex 1), following the assessment principle of “openness, fairness and impartiality”.
二、评审对象
The Review Objects
2022年9月之后继续享受中南财经政法大学奖学金的学生。具体参评名单请查看附件2名单。
Students who continue to enjoy the scholarship of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law after September 2022. Please see the list in Annex 2 for the specific list of participants.
三、评审内容和评审意见
The Review Content and Assessment Comments
1．根据学生在2021/2022学年的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现四方面情况，对校级奖学金生进行定量打分和定性评价；
1. Quantitative scoring and qualitative assessment of varsity scholarship students based on four aspects: moral character, academic performance, study/research attitude and activity performance in the academic year 2021/2022.
2.评审意见分为“优秀”“良好”“合格”或者“不合格”。总分为60分及以上者视为合格。评审意见为“合格”以上的校级奖学金生，学校将给出继续享受奖学金资格的建议。评审意见为“不合格”的校级奖学金生，学校将给出中止其享受奖学金资格一年的建议。
2. The assessment opinion is divided into “excellent”, “good”, “qualified" or "unqualified”. Those with a total score of 60 or above are considered qualified. If the assessment opinion is “qualified” or above, the school will give a recommendation to continue to enjoy the scholarship qualification. For those students with a “unqualified” rating, the school will recommend suspending their scholarship eligibility for one year.
四、评审流程
Review Process
1．学生自评。参评学生请根据《中南财经政法大学国际学生年度评审实施办法》，下载《中南财经政法大学奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表》（附件3），填写个人基本信息，并从遵规守纪、学习情况、参加活动情况等三个方面对2021/2022年度表现进行自我评价，并按要求插入电子签名。填写要求请查看《奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表填写说明》（附件4）。
填写完成后，将《中南财经政法大学奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表》、个人成绩单、荣誉证书等材料打包发送至15858951653@139.com，邮件命名格式为奖学金年度评审-学院-护照姓名。学生自评须于5月5日17：00之前完成。
1. Self-assessment by students. Students should download the “ZUEL Form for Annual Review of Scholarship Status” (Annex 3) according to the “Measures for Annual Evaluation of Scholarship for International Students of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law”, fill in the basic personal information and self-review their performance in the year 2021/2022 in three aspects, including compliance with rules and regulations, study and participation in activities, and insert their electronic signatures as required. Please refer to the "Directions of Form for Annual Review of Scholarship Status (Student Self-Assessment)" (Annex 4) for the filling-in requirements.
After completion, please send the “ZUEL Form for Annual Review of Scholarship Status”, personal transcripts (necessary) and honor certificates (if available) to 15858951653@139.com in packet with the email naming format of Annual Review of Scholarship – Major School - Passport Name. Student self-review must be completed by 17:00 on May 5.
2.专业学院及国际教育学院评审。国际教育学院将结合《学生自评表》，与专业学院及导师一同进行综合评审，提出“优秀”“良好”“合格”或者“不合格”的评审意见，以及是否继续提供或者中止奖学金的建议。
2. Assessment by the major schools and International Education School. The International Education School will combine the “ZUEL Form for Annual Review of Scholarship Status (Student Self-Assessment)” with the major schools and the supervisor to conduct a comprehensive review and make a recommendation of “excellent”, “good”, “qualified” and “unqualified” and whether to continue or suspend the scholarship.
3.评审结果公示。评审结果在校内公示，公示期为3个工作日。
3. Announcement of the evaluation results. The evaluation results will be announced on the campus of ZUEL and the announcement period is three working days.
