一、中国政府奖学金博士研究生申请延长奖学金资助期限
Apply For Chinese Government Scholarship Extension (Chinese Government Scholarship PhD students only)
根据《中国政府奖学金工作管理办法》有关要求，2022年奖学金资助期限延长的评审工作将于2022年5月3日至5月16日展开，具体通知如下：
In accordance with the relative requirement of “Measures for Management of Chinese Government Scholarship”, the scholarship review in 2022 for applying Scholarship extension will be carried out from May 3 to May 16, 2022. Here are the details for scholarship extension review arrangement.
1.申请要求：对于个别学习态度认真、表现良好、因特殊原因不能按期完成学业且未被派遣国列入2022/2023年度奖学金计划的博士研究生，可向国家留学基金委申请延长奖学金学习期限。学生须通过本学年奖学金年度评审、完成开题报告、通过研究课题中期考核及等培养要求。延期申请仅限一次，最长不超过一年。（已申请过CSC博士延期的学生，请申请自费延期。）
Application Requirements:For several PhDstudents who study hard, have good performance, but fail to complete the study with special reasons, and the scholarship accepting institution cannot add it into the scholarship plan for the new academic year, they can apply to the CSC to extend the scholarship period. Applicants should pass the annual scholarship review of this year and meet the training requirement as completing the proposal report and pass the mid-term assessment of the research projects. The application for extension is limited to one time and with the maximum of one year.（Students who have applied for the CSC scholarship extension before should not apply again, they can only apply for self-funded Extension.）
2.申请流程
Application Process
1）登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统，进入“博士生延期申请”模块，点击“新增”按钮，填写相关信息后保存并提交提交在线申请(具体操作步骤请参阅《中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统博士生延期申请操作指南》）。
Login tostudyinchina.csc.edu.cn ,then enter scholarship extension application module, click the "add" button, fill in relevant information, save and submit (please refer to the guideline of CSC doctoral extension application).
2）导师/联系人根据收到的邮件获得系统账户名和初始密码，登录系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn,进入“博士生延期审核”页面，对学生提交的申请信息进行审核并给出意见，点击“保存并提交”；
The supervisor / contact person obtains the system account name and initial password by registered email, and logs into the system studyinchina csc.edu. cn, enter the page of "deferred review of PhD students", review the application information submitted by students and give comments, and click "save and submit" ;
3）学校审核，并提交并提交延期申请。
The school shall review and submit the application for extension.
3.申请截止时间：2022年5月16日。如未在上述时间内完成申请者作自动放弃延期申请处理。
Application deadline：May 16, 2022. Those who fail to submit the application before deadline will be considered as a waiver.
4.注意：所有申请延长奖学金资助期限的博士生，请同时提交自费延期申请，如公费延期不通过，则自动转为自动延期。
Attention：All the students who apply for Chinese Government Scholarship extension please apply for self-funded extension as well. If your scholarship extension application is rejected by CSC, you will be automatically converted to self-funded extension.
二、自费申请延长学习期限
Apply for self-funded Extension(Undergraduates/Postgraduates)
1.2022年申请自费延期的国际学生，请于5月16日之前，下载并填写《自费延期申请表》、《中南财经政法大学国际学生自费延期告知书》（见附件）。在截止时间前将PDF版本的申请表（PDF文件以姓名命名）发送至邮箱：chengmengqi@zuel.edu.cn
International Students who cannot graduate on time and want to apply for self-funded extension, please download two forms: <Application Form for Self-funded Extension>、<Notice from Zhongnan University of Economic and Law on the extension of international students' self-fund>attached and fill in carefully. Submit Application Form filled as instructed as PDF version (name the PDF with your name) to chengmengqi@zuel.edu.cn before MAY 16,2022.
2.申请截止时间：2022年5月16日。如未在上述时间内完成申请者作自动放弃延期申请处理。
Application deadline：May 16, 2022. Those who fail to submit the application before deadline will be considered as a waiver.
三、申请结果
The Result of Application
延期申请结果及相关文件将在国家留学基金委反馈后由国际教育学院办公室第一时间在国际教育学院微信公众号发布。
The result of application alongside its relevant document will be posted on Wechat official account of International Education School by office as soon as CSC reveal the feedback.(usually in August).
