（一）疫情防控

（1）Pandemic Prevention

  1.暑期留校。留校学生应严格遵守校园疫情防控措施，如需离汉需提前填写《国际学生城际流动申请表》（见附件），经批准后方可离汉。

  1. Students staying on campus during the summer holiday should strictly abide by the campus pandemic prevention and control measures. If you want to leave Wuhan, you need to fill the Application form for International Student intercity travel (See the Attachment), and you can leave Wuhan after approval.

    2.关注疫情形势，及时了解掌握国内疫情动态变化及各地确诊病例、无症状感染者行动轨迹。严格落实防控措施，做好个人防护，务必科学正确佩戴口罩，保持安全社交距离。

  2. Pay attention to the pandemic prevention. Keep track of the pandemic dynamics both home and abroad and the travel records of the patients and the asymptomatic carriers. In public places, please obey the prevention regulations and see to it that you wear your facial mask properly and keep the social distance properly.

    3.提倡错峰出行，减少旅途风险，出行时提前做好行程规划，准备充足的口罩、免洗手消毒品等防护物资。

  3. Off-peak travel is advocated if you plan to travel. Plan your itinerary in advance and prepare adequate masks, hand-washing disinfectants and other protective materials.

  4.乘坐公共交通时做好健康防护，配合铁路、民航、客运等交通部门健康检查，全程做好个人防护。

  4.Pay attention to your personal hygiene protection when you take public transportations. Cooperate with the staff of the transportation departments to check out your health status.

  5.做好自身健康监测。如出现发热、咳嗽、腹泻、乏力等症状，需佩戴一次性医用（外科）口罩，及时前往就近医疗机构的发热门诊就诊，并主动告知医生近期旅行史、接触史等情况，便于及时排查，就医过程尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具，并做好个人防护。

  5. Monitor your health status. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea and fatigue, you should go to the fever clinic on a timely basis and inform the doctor of your travel records. Please avoid taking public transportations and wear a mask when you go to the hospital.

（2）Reminder for Safety

1. 宿舍安全。自觉遵守学生宿舍管理规定，外出锁好门窗，严禁夜不归宿，严禁留宿外人。注意用电安全，离开及时断电，不在宿舍乱拉乱接电线，不使用大功率电器、劣质插座和劣质充电器，以及使用明火，存储易燃、易爆物品，严防居家火灾。

    1. Dormitory safety. Consciously abide by the management regulations of students' dormitory, lock the doors and windows when going out, and forbid staying at night or staying with outsiders. Pay attention to the safety of electricity use, cut off the power in time when you leave. Do not connect wires in dormitory, do not use high-power electrical appliances, inferior sockets and chargers. And do not use open fire or store inflammable and explosive materials, so as to strictly prevent home fire.

  2.财产安全。离开房间时，要关好门窗、锁好抽屉及房门，以防失窃。外出过程中要保管好个人财物和贵重物品，手机、护照、手提电脑、数码相机等应随身携带或托人保管，避免随身携带大量现金，谨防扒窃。

    2. Property safety. When leaving the room, close the doors and windows, lock the drawers and doors to prevent theft. Take good care of personal belongings and valuables in the process of going out, mobile phones, passports, laptops, digital cameras should be carried or entrusted to take care of. Avoid carrying a large amount of cash, beware of pickpocketing.

    3.食品安全。不到无证经营的摊点、餐馆就餐。

  3. Food safety. Do not eat in unlicensed stalls or restaurants.

    4. 交通和出行安全。自觉遵守交通法规，不乘坐无营运证或超载的交通工具，不无证驾驶机动车。不私自下水游泳，严防发生溺水事故。

  4. Traffic and travel safety. Consciously abide by traffic laws and regulations. Do not take vehicles without operating permits or overloaded, and do not drive motor vehicles without licenses. Do not swim in the water without permission to prevent drowning accidents.

    5. 防盗防骗安全。保管好个人有效证件，严守个人信息。警惕各类电信诈骗和网络诈骗，发现问题及时报警。

  5. Security against theft and fraud. Take good care of valid personal credentials and strictly guard personal information. Be alert to all kinds of telecom fraud and network fraud, and report to the police in time if any problem is found.

    6. 谨防非法打工。自觉遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规，谨防非法打工、签证过期、酗酒闹事、校外住宿扰民、非法传教等常见违法违规行为发生。如有上述行为，除会受到中国国家法律制裁以外，学校也将严肃处理。

    6. Beware of illegal work. Consciously abide by Chinese laws and regulations and school rules and regulations, and guard against illegal work, visa expiration, excessive drinking and trouble, off-campus accommodation, illegal missionary activities and other common illegal activities. If you have any of the above behaviors, you will be punished by Chinese law, and the school will also deal with them seriously.

    7. 注意防范各类传染性疾病。

暑期天气非常炎热，请同学们尽量避免在高温时段进行长时间的户外活动，出门注意防晒。同时，我们也建议大家在假期享受假期的同时，也要合理作息、加强锻炼、爱惜身体。

Summer weather is very hot, please try to avoid long time outdoor activities in the hot period. Pay attention to sun protection when going out. At the same time, we suggest that while enjoying the holiday, you should also work and rest reasonably, exercise during holiday and take good care of your body.
