2021/2022学年政府奖博士研究生申请延长奖学金期限的通知
Notice on Application for Chinese Government Scholarship Doctoral Extension of Scholarship in Academic Year 2021 / 2022
根据中国国家留学基金委【2021】10号文件相关要求，2021/2022学年博士研究生申请延长奖学金资助期限程序如下：
According to the relevant requirements of document [2021] No. 10 of China Scholarship Council (CSC), the procedures for international Doctoral applying for extension of scholarship funding period in academic year 2021 / 2022 are as follows:
一、中国政府奖博士研究生申请延长奖学金资助期限
Chinese Government Scholarship Doctoral Candidates Apply for Scholarship Extension
1.学习态度认真、表现良好、因特殊原因不能按期完成学业的博士研究生可提交延期申请。
A doctoral student who has a serious attitude, performs well and fails to complete his studies on special grounds can submit an extension application.
2.如果是国别奖，须附上使馆同意函。通过学校申请获得中国政府奖学金博士生无需提交使馆同意函。
In case of a country award, a letter of consent from the embassy must be attached. It is not necessary for university independent enrollment applicants to submit the letter of approval from the embassy.
3.申请者应通过2021/2022奖学金年度评审、完成开题报告、通过中期考核（或达到学校规定的培养要求）。Applicants should pass the 2021 / 2022 scholarship annual review, submit the dissertation proposal and pass the mid-term evaluation(or meet the training requirements of the school).
4. 国家留学基金委需了解申请者详细的学习情况，请在相关栏中填写如下相关信息：国际博士研究生的日常在校学习情况；申请延长奖学金期限理由；申请延长奖学金的具体期限（通常填一年）；是否获批延长过奖学金资助期限。
CSC requires to know the detailed learning situation of the applicant. Please fill in the following information in the relevant column: the daily learning situation of international doctoral students;the reason for applying for extending the scholarship period; the specific period for applying for extending the scholarship (usually one year);has the application for extending the scholarship been approved before.
二、提交申请材料及截止时间
Application Materials and Deadline
1.学生需提交以下申请材料，将申请材料PDF文件发至educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn。
Students shall submit following material. Please send the application materials as PDF to: educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn
（1）中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表（见附件1）。
Application for Extension of Scholarship for Chinese Government Scholarship students
（2）国别奖博士研究生需提供使馆同意函。
A letter of consent from the Embassy in China is required for the doctoral candidates of the Country Award.
2、申请截止时间：2021年4月12日。凡未于规定时间提交延期申请或申请材料不符合要求的，将视为放弃申请或无效申请，因此发生的任何问题由申请人自行承担。
Deadline for application: April 12, 2021. If the application for extension is not submitted before the deadline or the application materials do not meet the requirements, the application will be deemed to be invalid, and any problems arising shall be borne by the applicant.
三、申请结果
The Result of Application
延期申请结果及相关文件将在国家留学基金委反馈后由国际教育学院办公室第一时间在国际教育学院微信公众号发布。
The result of application alongside its relevant document will be posted on wechat official account of International Education School by office as soon as CSC reveal the feedback.(usually in July or August).
