All scholarship students(including CSC and ZUEL Scholarship)：
根据国家留学基金委和学校有关要求，国际教育学院将于近期开展奖学金生年度评审工作。年度评审是指通过对享受中国政府奖学金或中南财经政法大学校级奖学金（包括校全奖和校半奖）来华学习的外国留学生（含本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、普通进修生、高级进修生等，以下简称奖学金生）每年进行一次综合评价，决定其是否具有继续享受或者恢复享受奖学金的资格。
According to the documentary requirements of China Scholarship Council and ZUEL, International Education School is going to carry out Annual Review of Scholarship Status (hereinafter referred to as Annual Review). Annual Review refers to the comprehensive assessment system which the international students (including PhD, master, bachelor students and visiting scholars )studying in China under Chinese Government Scholarship Programs as well as ZUEL Scholarship （Including full prize and half Scholarship）Programs (hereinafter referred to as the scholarship students) shall go through annually. It will decide whether they are qualified to continue enjoying or to renew the scholarship.
一、评审对象 Who will go through Annual Review?
年度评审的对象为，在华学习一学年以上或者原定学习期限结束后申请延长奖学金期限的奖学金生（含2020年9月之后继续享受奖学金的学生，原计划2020年7月毕业，但申请延期且符合要求延期要求的学生)。将于2020年7月结束学习的奖学金生不需要参加年审。
The scholarship students who have studied in China for more than one year or who have finished their planned study programs and wish to extend their scholarship should go through Annual Review(including students who will continue enjoying the scholarship after September 2020 and the students who fail to graduate in July 2020 and be qualified to apply for extension ). The scholarship students who will graduate in July 2020 as planned don't need to go through Annual Review.
二、评审内容 Content of Annual Review
本次奖学金年度评审将根据奖学金学生在2019/2020学年的学习成绩、出勤情况、学习态度、活动表现、思想品行等方面的情况，并结合在此次新冠肺炎疫情期间的表现进行综合评价。
In the Annual Review, the scholarship students will be evaluated according to their academic performance, attendance, learning attitude, activity performance and ideological conduct in the 2019/2020 academic year, combined with the performance during the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak.
三、有下列情况之一者，中止其享受奖学金资格一年：
The scholarship will be suspended for at least one year if the students have the following behaviors:
1．评审年度内，学习态度消极；旷课严重，所修课程连续两年未达到规定学分者，或者研究生未能按照导师要求按期完成学业任务者；
During the review year, the students have negative learning attitude, serious absenteeism and fail to achieve the required credits for two consecutive years, or the graduate students fail to complete the academic tasks as required by their tutors;
2．评审年度内，因违反学校留学生管理相关规定，受到留校察看处分者；
During the review year, those who violate the relevant regulations on the management of international students of the University and are punished by keeping in school but placed under surveillance.;
3．违反学校疫情防控有关规定或者不配合学校及所在地区疫情防控所采取的相关措施者。
Those who violate the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control of the school or do not cooperate with the relevant measures taken by the school and the local epidemic prevention and control.
4．在网络或其他媒体上发布或传播不实言论，造成恶劣影响者。
Those who publish or disseminate untrue statements on the Internet or other media, causing adverse effects.
被中止享受奖学金资格者，自下一学年开学起停发其奖学金。中止期满前，经本人申请，可以参加当年的年度评审，如评审合格，经基金委或学校批准后，可以自下一学年起恢复发给奖学金。
The students whose scholarships are suspended, from the beginning of next academic year, will not enjoy the scholarships any more. Before the period of suspension is over, those involved can apply to go through Annual Review of that year. If they pass the review and get the approval from CSC or ZUEL, they can renew their scholarship from the next academic year.
四、有下列情况之一者，取消其享受奖学金的资格：
Whose scholarship will be terminated?
1．评审年度内，触犯中国法律，受到相应处罚者；
In the review year, those who violate Chinese laws and are punished accordingly;
2．评审年度内，受到勒令退学或者开除学籍处分的；
Being ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school during the review year;
3．在校学习期间累计两次未通过年度评审的；
Failing twice in Annual Review during the studies in China ,
4．无正当理由不参加年度评审的。
Refusing to take Annual Review without persuasive reasons.
被取消享受奖学金资格者，从公布之日起停发其奖学金，其享受奖学金的资格不得再恢复。
Those who have their scholarship terminated will not enjoy the scholarships from the day of proclamation and cannot renew their scholarships any more.
五、评审流程 Procedures of Annual Review
1．奖学金生自行到邮箱附件或国际教育学院网站上下载并如实填写《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》或《中南财经政法大学奖学金年度评审表》。学生自己填写第一页，附上电子签名（纸上签名的照片）。
Scholarship students can download and fill in the annual evaluation form of Chinese government scholarship or the annual evaluation form of scholarship of ZUEL by themselves in the email attachment or on the website of International Education Institute. International students fill in the first page by themselves, and attach the electronic signature (photo of the signature on the paper).
2.将填写好的评审表交专业学院导师（本科生交给辅导员）审阅，请专业学院导师或辅导员在评审表中填写对学生的综合鉴定与评审意见并附上电子签名。
The scholarship students should submit his/her form to the supervisor for reference and ask the supervisor or director in major school to fill out the form according to the performance of the scholarship students and sign the review suggestion. The electronic signature of supervisor or director is requested.
3.奖学金生请在4月30日前，将填写好的评审表附带电子签名后上交给国际教育学院张老师或李老师。如有发表论文或获得奖项等佐证材料，可一并发给指定邮箱。
学号以2018开头的学生，请发送给李老师：lixiongtao@zuel.edu.cn；
其他学生，请发送给张老师：zhangran@zuel.edu.cn；
邮件名称统一为学号+护照姓名。
Before April 30, please submit the completed evaluation form with electronic signature to Teacher Zhang or Teacher Li of the IES. If there are supporting materials such as published papers or awards, they can be sent to the designated email.
For students whose student ID starts with 2018, please send it to Teacher Li: lixiongtao@zuel.edu.cn
Other students, please send to Teacher Zhang: zhangran@zuel.edu.cn
The title of the email is student number + passport name.
4.国际教育学院结合自我鉴定书，与专业学院及导师进行综合评审，提出“合格”或者“不合格”的评审意见，以及是否继续提供或者中止、取消奖学金的建议。
The IES will put forward the evaluation opinions of pass or failbase on the comprehensive evaluation with the major schools and supervisors and the self certification，as well as suggestions on whether to continue to provide or suspend or cancel the scholarship.
