根据中国国家留学基金委【2020】17号文件相关要求，2020/2021学年国际学生申请延长奖学金资助期限程序如下：
According to the relevant requirements of document [2020] No. 17 of China Scholarship Counsil(CSC), the procedures for international students applying for extension of scholarship funding period in academic year 2020 / 2021 are as follows:
一、非博士研究生申请延长奖学金资助期限
Non Doctoral Students Applying for Scholarship Extension
1.该项仅适用于国别奖、单方奖类别学生申请奖学金资助延期。高校自主招生类别非博士奖学金生无法进行该项申请。
This item is only applicable to for students of country award and unilateral award categories. This application is not available for non doctoral scholarship students of independent enrollment category in universities.
2.请符合条件的国际学生向其奖学金申请受理机构提出申请，将其列入2020/2021学年中国政府奖学金计划名额内，中国国家留学基金委方可受理延期申请。
International students who meet the requirements shall apply to the scholarship application accepting institution and be included in the number of Chinese government scholarship program in 2020 / 2021 academic year. Only when the above application is accepted, can the CSC accept the extension application.
二、博士研究生申请延长奖学金资助期限
The Doctoral Candidates Apply for Scholarship Extension
1．学习态度认真、表现良好、因特殊原因不能按期完成学业的博士研究生可提交延期申请。
A doctoral student who has a serious attitude, performs well and fails to complete his studies on special grounds can submit an extension application.
2. 如果是国别奖，须附上使馆同意函。通过学校申请获得中国政府奖学金博士生无需提交使馆同意函。
In case of a country award, a letter of consent from the embassy must be attached. It is not necessary for university independent enrollment applicants to submit the letter of approval from the embassy
3.申请者应通过2020/2021奖学金年度评审及开题报告。请提醒导师或院系在相关栏中明确填写是否完成开题报告。
Applicants should pass the 2020 / 2021 scholarship annual review and dissertation proposal . Please ask the Supervisor or department to help fill in in the relevant column clearly whether you complete the dissertation proposal or not.
4. 国家留学基金委需了解申请者详细的学习情况，请在相关栏中填写如下相关信息：国际博士研究生的日常在校学习情况；申请延长奖学金期限理由；申请延长奖学金的具体期限（通常填一年）.
CSC requires to know the detailed learning situation of the applicant. Please fill in the following information in the relevant column: the daily learning situation of international doctoral students ; the reason for applying for extending the scholarship period; the specific period for applying for extending the scholarship (usually one year);
三、提交申请材料及截止时间
Application Materials and Deadline
1． 非博士研究生按照要求向奖学金申请机构自行申请。
Non Doctoral Students of country award and unilateral award shall apply to the scholarship application accepting institution on your own.
2.博士研究生需提交以下申请材料。将申请材料PDF文件（附件）发至leilan@zuel.edu.cn。申请材料原件请于开学后交至国际教育学院205办公室。
Doctoral Students shall submit following material. Please send the application materials as PDF（the attachment） to: leilan@zuel.edu.cn. Please submit the original application materials to office 205 of IES after the commencement of school.
（1）中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表.（由于学校开学延迟，导师意见及签名部分应联系导师使用电子签名，学院盖章可提交国际教育学院后统一盖章）
CSC Application Form for Extension of Scholarship period.（due to the delay of commencement of school, supervisor’s opinion and signature in the form is allowed to be filled in by electronic signature ）
（2）国别奖博士研究生需提供使馆同意函。
A letter of consent from the Embassy in China is required for the doctoral candidates of the Country Award.
3、申请截止时间：2020年5月25日。凡未于规定时间提交延期申请或申请材料不符合要求的，将视为放弃申请或无效申请，因此发生的任何问题由申请人自行承担。Deadline for application: May 25, 2020. If the application for extension is not submitted before the deadline or the application materials do not meet the requirements, the application will be deemed to be invalid, and any problems arising shall be borne by the applicant.
四、申请结果
The Result of Application
延期申请结果及相关文件将在国家留学基金委反馈后由国际教育学院办公室第一时间在国际教育学院微信公众号发布。
The result of application alongside its relevant document will be posted on wechat official account of International Education School by office as soon as CSC reveal the feedback.(usually in July or August).
