奖学金年度评审通知

Notice of the Annual Review on Scholarship Status

全体奖学金生(含中国政府奖学金生和校级奖学金生)：

All scholarship students(including CSC and ZUEL Scholarship)：

根据国家留学基金委和学校有关要求，国际教育学院将于近期开展奖学金生年度评审工作。年度评审是指通过对享受中国政府奖学金或中南财经政法大学校级奖学金来华学习的外国留学生（含本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、普通进修生、高级进修生等，以下简称奖学金生）每年进行一次综合评价，决定其是否具有继续享受或者恢复享受奖学金的资格。

According to the documentary requirements of China Scholarship Council and ZUEL, International Education School is going to carry out Annual Review of Scholarship Status (hereinafter referred to as Annual Review). Annual Review refers to the comprehensive assessment system which the international students (including PhD, master, bachelor students and visiting scholars )studying in China under Chinese Government Scholarship Programs as well as ZUEL Scholarship Programs (hereinafter referred to as the scholarship students) shall go through annually. It will decide whether they are qualified to continue enjoying or to renew the scholarship.

一、评审对象 Who will go through Annual Review?

年度评审的对象为，在华学习一学年以上或者原定学习期限结束后申请延长奖学金期限的奖学金生（含2019年9月之后继续享受奖学金的学生，原计划2019年7月毕业，但申请延期且符合要求延期要求的学生)。将于2019年7月结束学习的奖学金生不需要参加年审。

    The scholarship students who have studied in China for more than one year or who have finished their planned study programs and wish to extend their scholarship should go through Annual Review(including students who will continue enjoying the scholarship after September 2019 and the students who fail to graduate in July 2019 and be qualified to apply for extension ). The scholarship students who will graduate in July 2019 as planned don't need to go through Annual Review.

二、评审内容 Content of Annual Review

1．学习成绩，包括本学年第一学期的各科考试、考核成绩和第二学期的学习基本情况；

    performances (including the examination or checkup results of all courses in the first term and the general performances in the second term of this academic year),

2．学习态度和考勤情况；

    attitude towards study, attendance,

3．行为表现和奖惩情况。

    conducts, rewards and punishments received.

三、有下列情况之一者，中止其享受奖学金资格一年：

    The scholarship will be suspended for at least one year if the students:

1．因考核成绩不合格留级或者降级的；

    fail to go up to the next grade or degrade due to the incompetent examination results,

2．所修课程连续两年未达到规定学分的；

    or have not reached the required credits on the elective courses in two consecutive years,

3．受到留校察看处分者。

or have been kept in school but placed under surveillance.

被中止享受奖学金资格者，自下一学年开学起停发其奖学金。中止期满前，经本人申请，可以参加当年的年度评审，如评审合格，经基金委或学校批准后，可以自下一学年起恢复发给奖学金。

The students whose scholarships are suspended, from the beginning of next academic year, will not enjoy the scholarships any more. Before the period of suspension is over, those involved can apply to go through Annual Review of that year. If they pass the review and get the approval from CSC or ZUEL, they can renew their scholarship from the next academic year.

四、有下列情况之一者，取消其享受奖学金的资格：

    Whose scholarship will be terminated?

1．受到勒令退学或者开除学籍处分的；

    are compelled to flunk out or dismissed from the institution,

2．在校学习期间累计两次未通过年度评审的；

    or fail twice in Annual Review during the studies in China ,

3．无正当理由不参加年度评审的。

or refuse to take Annual Review without persuasive reasons.

被取消享受奖学金资格者，从公布之日起停发其奖学金，其享受奖学金的资格不得再恢复。

Those who have their scholarship terminated will not enjoy the scholarships from the day of proclamation and cannot renew their scholarships any more.

     五、评审要求 Procedures of Annual Review

1．奖学金生自行到国际教育学院204办公室领取并如实填写《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》或《中南财经政法大学奖学金年度评审表》，并将填写好的评审表、本学年第一学期的各科考试成绩单、发表论文的首页复印件等资料交导师（本科生交辅导员）审阅，请导师在评审表中填写对学生的综合鉴定与评审意见并签字。

The scholarship students who participate in Annual Review should get the Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status or Form for Annual Review of HZAU Scholarship Status(hereinafter referred to as the Form)from office 204 of IES and fill out correctly the Form in conformity to the requirements. The scholarship students also should submit his/her Academic Transcript of last semester and the copies of academic paper（only the title page needed） published in this academic year with the first author’s identity to the supervisor for reference and ask the supervisor or director to fill out the form according to the performance of the scholarship students and sign the review suggestion. The signature of supervisor or director is requested.

    2．奖学金生于4月26日前将导师签字后的《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》/《中南财经政法大学奖学金年度评审表》、本学年第一学期的各科考试成绩单、发表论文的首页复印件等纸质版材料提交给国际教育学院204办公室。

The scholarship students must submit the Form, the Academic Transcript of last semester and the copies of academic paper（only the title page needed） published in this academic year with the first author’s identity (all materials should be checked and signed by the supervisor or director previously)to office 204 of IES before April 26^th.

3．国际教育学院结合自我鉴定书、导师评审意见等进行综合评审，提出“合格”或者“不合格”的评审意见，以及是否继续提供或者中止、取消奖学金的建议。

On basis of the above, International Education School will assess whether the students are qualified to continue enjoying or to renew the scholarship. And then put forward their results either qualified or unqualified, and proposals on whether to provide, suspend or terminate the scholarship.
