中国政府奖学金-中国高校自主招生项目和丝绸之路项目的申请不适用本说明，请参考2019年中南财经政法大学“中国政府专项奖学金-中国高校项目”（CUP）申请通知。

This Notice is Not applicable to application for Chinese Government Scholarship-Chinese University Program and silk road program, please refer to 2019Chinese Government Scholarship-Chinese University Program (CUP) for International Students of ZUEL. 

一、申请流程

1、申请人于2019年4月20日间登录中南财经政法大学外国留学生入学在线申请系统(http://iesmis.zuel.edu.cn/member/login.do)，申请时，选择“中国政府奖学金生(预录取)”通道，完成网上申请。

2、申请人完成网上申请并通过最终材料审核后，中南财经政法大学国际教育学院招生办公室将通电子邮件向申请人发出电子版《预录取通知书》。

1. How to apply

(1)applicants can apply to ZUEL via the website http://iesmis.zuel.edu.cn/member/login.do before April 20, 2019.

When applying, choose “Chinese Government Scholarship Students (Pre-admission Letter)” and then complete the online application.

(2) If the application is successful and pass the reviews, Admission Office in International Education School of ZUEL will send an electronic copy of Conditional Offer to the applicant by email.

二、网上申请需提交的材料（均为原件扫描件）

1、护照

申请人持有的普通护照个人信息页，护照剩余有效期须至少6个月以上，至2019

年9月30日仍有效；

2、个人陈述

申请本科专业的字数要求为800字以上，申请硕士专业和普通进修生的字数要求

为1000字以上，申请博士专业和高级进修生的字数要求为1500字以上。除全英文授课专业的申请人采用英文撰写个人陈述外,其他专业的申请人统一用中文撰写。内容应包括个人学习、工作经历，学术研究成果，硕士或博士阶段的研究计划，毕业后的个人发展目标等；

3、两位教授或副教授（或相当职位人员）的推荐信，须为中文或英文的原件（要有

推荐人签名和联系方式），本科生不做此项要求；

4、最高学历阶段全部课程的成绩单

5、毕业证书和学位证书（应届生为预计毕业证明）

6、语言（汉语或英语）考试成绩单

7、发表过的论文目录及摘要，或其它证明自己研究能力的材料（没有可不提供）

8、体检证明

注：上述第4，5，6项申请材料若为中、英文以外文本还需提供公证过的翻译件；必要时，我校会要求申请人提交补充申请材料

2. Application documents required（scan the original one and upload）

(1) The identification page of the valid passport. The passport must be an ordinary passport and be valid until Sep. 30. 2019.

(2)Personal statement (above 800 for undergraduate, above 1000 words for master candidates and general visiting students, above 1500 words for PhD candidates and senior visiting students). Applicants who apply for the English-taught program should write a personal statement in English, while other applicants must write in Chinese. The content should include (but not limited to) study and work experience, academic research achievement, planned research proposal, and career plan after graduation, etc.

(3) Two recommendation letters. The referee should be professor or associate professor or person with relevant academic title. The recommendation letter must be in Chinese or English and the referee’s signature and contact information are necessary. (This document is inapplicable to undergraduate candidates)

(4)Transcripts of highest degree conferred.

(5)Diploma of highest degree conferred (master or bachelor) or proof of impending graduation (for applicants in their final year of study).

(6)Language certificate and score report (Chinese or English)

(7) Catalogue and abstract of published papers, or other documents that can prove academic ability (not compulsory).

(8) Physical examination certificate

★The above-listed application documents in Item 4,5, 6must be with notarized Chinese or English translation if the original one is not in Chinese or English.

★Supplementary application documents may be required when necessary.

三、注意事项

1、该预录取通知书非正式录取通知书，仅用于申请中国政府奖学金。

2、预录取学生在填写中国政府奖学金申请表时必须把中南财经政法大学作为第一申请院校，否则取消预录取资格。

3、经中国国家留学基金委员会（CSC）确认授予中国政府奖学金后方可作为中国政府奖学金

3. Note

1. This conditional offer can only be used to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship.

2. The applicant must choose ZUEL as the Preferences of Institution when applying for the Chinese Government Scholarship otherwise the pre-admission will be canceled.

3. The official admission notice will be issued only when the applicant’s qualification as a Chinese Government Scholarship student is formally confirmed by China Scholarship Council (CSC).
