以下人员未按时签到，且未办理请假手续或请假时间已到期：

The following persons did not sign in on time and did not go through the leave formalities or the leave time had expired.

请假情况以办公室实际收到的请假条为准。已经办理了请假手续的同学，请注意请假时间，如果请假时间已经到期，也会视作未请假。还没有办理请假的同学请及时办理请假手续并将请假条交204办公室。

 Leave status shall be subject to the leave slip actually received by the office. For those who have already taken leave, please pay attention to the time of taking leave. If the time of taking leave exceeds the time limit, they will be regarded as not taking leave. Students who have not yet taken leave should go through the leave formalities in time and submit the leave slip to office204.

办理了请假手续的同学，可以按时收到奖学金生活费。未办理请假手续的同学，将视情补发奖学金生活费。15日之前办理请假手续或补签，可以在下个月补发全额奖学金，15日之后办理请假手续或补签，只能补发半个月奖学金。若拒不办理请假手续或不在当月签到，将扣发当月奖学金，不再补发。

 Students who have gone through the leave formalities can receive the scholarship living expenses on time. Students who fail to go through leave formalities will be reimbursed scholarship living expenses as appropriate. If the leave formalities or supplementary signatures are processed before the 15th day, the full scholarship can be reissued next month, and after the 15th day, the leave formalities or supplementary signatures can be processed, and only half-month scholarships can be reissued. If you refuse to go through the leave formalities or sign in the whole month, the scholarship will be deducted for the same month and will not be reissued.

校半奖的学生，也要每月按时参加签到。如果既不办理请假手续也不签到，将会影响奖学金年度评审，情节严重的将取消奖学金资格。
